    Product Description

    The YTPCS-PCS/125 is a dedicated bidirectional Power Conversion System developed by YT-Electric for high-efficiency energy storage integration in industrial and commercial environments. With its robust DC voltage range of 600V–1000V, and full-load operation from 630V–950V, it ensures compatibility with most high-voltage battery clusters.

    Delivering 125kW of rated power on both AC and DC sides, this PCS supports seamless charge/discharge operations, with DC current up to 198A, and AC current rated at 180A. The unit is designed with three-phase four-wire AC access, and maintains excellent grid interaction performance with THDi ≤3%, power factor 0.99, and DC component ≤0.5%.

    The system is engineered for both grid-connected and off-grid operations, with grid-disconnected AC output THDU ≤3% (linear load) and 100% unbalanced load support, making it highly adaptable in fluctuating load conditions. It also boasts conversion switching times under 100ms, ensuring uninterrupted energy flow during mode transitions.

    With an efficiency of over 99%, and full-load efficiency >98%, the PCS maximizes return on investment while minimizing losses. The unit is compact (520×240×680mm) and lightweight (<70kg), allowing for easy installation even in space-constrained environments.

    Rated for altitudes up to 3000m (with derating), ambient temperatures from -30°C to 60°C, and humidity up to 95%, the YTPCS-PCS/125 is ready for tough operating conditions. Forced air cooling and smart airflow design ensure thermal stability during prolonged operation.
