Hybrid Energy Storage PCS 125kW

The YTPCS-HPCS/125 from YT-Electric is a high-performance hybrid power conversion system designed for commercial and industrial energy storage scenarios where solar and battery integration is required. With a PV input capacity of 187.5kW and bus-side output of 125kW, this hybrid PCS is tailored to optimize the flow of energy between solar arrays, batteries, and the grid.

The unit supports a PV-side DC voltage range of 150Vdc–1000Vdc, operating at full load between 340Vdc and 1000Vdc, and is equipped with 12 MPPT inputs to maximize solar power harvesting under variable conditions. On the battery side, the DC bus voltage ranges from 600Vdc–1000Vdc, with a full-load range of 630Vdc–950Vdc, offering wide compatibility with various lithium battery packs.

The AC output is rated at 125kW/180A, with an adaptable voltage tolerance of ±15% around 400Vac and frequency flexibility of 50/60Hz (±2.5Hz), ensuring stability across a range of grid conditions. The design supports bidirectional energy flow, making it ideal for applications such as peak shaving, demand charge management, and PV self-consumption optimization.

This hybrid PCS is built for harsh environments with IP65 protection, C5-level anti-corrosion, and an operating temperature range that ensures stable performance across diverse climates. At 160kg, it strikes a balance between compactness and functionality.
